Gibbs and Gurnell reserve to the right to refuse, decline or rescind orders where credit card payments cannot be processed, the product required is unavailable or for any other reason within or without the control of the company. If an order is refused, the company will notify the customer and refund payment, if any, as soon as practicable.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Click on the items you wish to see more details of and click the “buy now” button to add the item to your shopping cart.  When you are ready to make the purchase click on the “check out” icon at the foot of each page.

We accept most major credit cards, but preferably Visa and MasterCard.

Customers have a ‘cooling-off period’ of 7 working days in which they can cancel the contract without penalty. The period commences on the date of receipt of the goods.

Postage Package and Insurance
Shipping costs for goods are as follows:

£4.95 Standard Delivery but some smaller items are delivered FREE – UK
We do not currently ship outside the UK.

All items will be dispatched within 28 days of receipt of your order.


Refunds will only be given when required to do so by law.
Proof of purchase is required for an exchange or refund.

In the event that an item is returned for a size change:

£5.00 Carriage charge UK.


Refunds can take 7 – 14 days before the credit will show on your account or card.

Gibbs and Gurnell do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Per-session cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. A standard cookie is also used to ensure that when you return to our web site you do not have to fill out all your details again, this is optional when checking out. WE DO NOT HOLD CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD NUMBERS.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that your goods are of the highest quality, in the event of there being any defect at all, please return the item to the above address, and we shall refund any postage and replace the defective items or refund the purchase price in full.
